This site will look much better in a browser that supports web standards, but it is accessible to any browser or Internet device.
First, press F11 to make sure you're not in full
					screen mode.

If that doesn't work, right click the toolbar(s) you have
and make sure all options are enabled.

If that doesn't work, try sliding around the toolbars you
have to see if the missing one is 'stuck behind' (make sure
your toolbars are unlocked in later versions of IE)

Deleting the following registry key may help as a last
					resort:

					HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
					Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser

If you own an HP computer, use MSCONFIG (startup tab)
to disable the HP utility 'autokit.exe'. If you are
using XP you may need to download a 'fix' from HP, available
					at:

HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - Customized View Settings on the
Internet Explorer Toolbar Revert to Default Settings After
					Restarting the Computer
