Message: "A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?"
Within IE, go to Tools, then Internet Options, then the Advanced tab
Turn on Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable Script Debugging (Other)
Turn off Display a notification about every script error
