Causes invalid page faults in <unknown>, aslsp.dll and alsp.exe

"Socks5 Cram authentication. Enter a
user name" message when trying to connect to a web site, followed by "Ace login
required. Enter password" if you type a username:

When you first start Microsoft
Windows XP after you upgrade from an earlier version of Windows, you may receive
the following error message:
Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your
virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requests for some
applications may be denied.
If you click OK, you may receive an error message similar to the following:
The application failed to initialize properly. 0xc0000017
You may also receive other error messages similar to the following when you
attempt to run Windows:
IEXVCES.EXE
The exception unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) occurred in the
application at location 0x01ac5937.
You do not receive these error messages when you start Windows in Safe mode.
