Tries to connect to the site 1110100011o1window.info. Changes your home page to startpage.ms, generates advertising from ad.bulla.com.
As at 1 August 2003 the file involved was ieplugin.dll. Rename that file.
BHODemon may detect and remove this hijackware, also you may like to try AdAware or Spybot.
