FLT.DLL
Use BHODEMON to find and disable. More information can be found at:

To unregister the dll, run the following command from start/run:
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\flt\flt.dll
Make sure the path to the DLL is correct for your system.
Also, check add/remove programs for an entry to remove the programme, also refer to my troubleshooting advice above for information on how to check your registry for entries to the programme and file.
FTAPP.DLL
Advertising spyware - installed by some *.exe files. Again, you can use BHODemon to disable the plug-in and follow the same advice above to get rid of the software.
